Downtown Burbank has changed from what it was a mere 20 - 30 years ago. The cobblestone streets and the many memorabilia bookstores that once lined what was know as Golden Mall are forever gone. Burbank’s Downtown has transformed itself with trendy boutiques, mega theaters, nightlife and unsurpassed dining. Though it may lack some of the luster of more popular villages like Los Feliz or Melrose, Downtown Burbank has it’s own flair. Burbank’s emulation is reminiscent of neighborhood villages found in Chitown or NYC but on a smaller scale. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is quaint and the nightlife is buzzing.

Burbankians simply move around the corner or downstairs to trendy night spots and fine dining without the hassles of our infamous California traffic nightmare.

Yes, it’s not the Big Apple or second city but we’re Burbankians/Burbankers and we like it just fine.
